• A completed vocational training as a surface coater / electroplater or professional experience in the electroplating industry
• Even career changers without professional experience with the will and motivation to learn new things are trained professionally - and are cordially invited to apply.
• Understanding of measuring equipment and ISO tolerances
• A very good quality awareness
• Ideally experience with electroless nickel and bronze plating processes
• An independent way of working, a high level of commitment, organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Self-initiative, can set priorities and enjoys working in a team
• Willingness to work in shifts

Your tasks

• Preparatory work, such as equipping racks
• Coating of the parts to be refined
• Cleaning the finished product after coating
• Documentation of the activities
• Operation of the coating equipment
• Quality control by measurements with coating thickness gauges: Microtester and outside micrometer
• Storage and packaging of finished workpieces
• Maintenance and care of the coating equipment
• Cleaning and replacement of filter systems
• Monitoring of functional baths / bath analysis as well as control
