For this reason, we have permanently expanded and modernized our machinery in all areas. And we have established our own mechanical processing department with qualified and trained staff.
Machine wet cylindrical grinding
Our comprehensive range of services is rounded off by a high-precision grinding process. Stone grinding or wet cylindrical grinding of external surfaces of cylindrically shaped workpieces is carried out by us on conventional grinding machines between centers. Pre-finished and finished dimensions are achieved with maximum µm accuracy.
Industrial polishing / Belt polishing
As standard, the workpieces are polished after chrome plating to achieve the desired surface finish. Belt polishing is a fine form of machining to improve surface roughness. Polishing creates a smooth and shiny surface. Rotationally symmetrical components can be machined.
PTFE-containing sealing / mirror polishing
Special processPTFE-containing sealing as a post-treatment is an innovative process by which the microcracks of the hard chrome layer are sealed. This interrupts the formation of individual microcracks. This significantly improves the sliding behavior and corrosion resistance of the hard-chrome plated surface. At the same time, a high-gloss surface is achieved.
The special process and the machines used for it were developed and continuously optimized by us. Accompanying test series with corrosion resistance tests were carried out, so that today first-class results are achieved with this process.
